Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting goals as needed. Provide parent training and support, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements. The role involves minimal in-person hours and offers flexible scheduling with competitive pay ranging from $90.00 to $120.00 per hour. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and NJ LBA license.
