Job Summary
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior support interventions using ABA. Responsibilities include developing Behavioral Support Plans, supervising staff, and modifying plans based on observational data. Candidates must possess a Master’s Level BCBA certification, demonstrate excellent judgment in crisis situations, and have strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
- Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
Additional Requirements
- Must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
