Job Summary

Lead clinical excellence by developing and directing a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation while maintaining a small caseload to stay connected to client care. Provide final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission, ensuring quality and effective services across all client programs. Mentor staff through supervision and training standards, guiding families and clinicians to achieve meaningful outcomes. Maintain program quality, transitions, and discharge planning while driving operational metrics and continuous improvement. Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding and support clinicians through career development.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years working as a BCBA
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Background check consent
