Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Director - Franklin, TN

Lead clinical excellence by developing and directing a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors while delivering tailored ABA therapy to families. Manage clinical quality and outcomes across all programs, overseeing assessments, treatment planning, and final approval of plans prior to payer submission. Provide guidance to families and caregivers, oversee program transitions and discharge planning, and maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care. Mentor staff, including RBTs, and support their growth through supervision and training standards. Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding.
