Lead clinical excellence by developing and directing a team of behavior technicians and clinical supervisors while delivering tailored ABA therapy to families. Manage assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation, ensuring final review and approval of all treatment plans prior to payer submission. Oversee clinical quality metrics, transitions, and discharge planning while maintaining a small caseload to stay connected to client care. Provide guidance to families and caregivers, mentor RBTs through career development, and support staff training and supervision standards. Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding.
