Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Assessor Role

Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based tools. Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation, then create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements. Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing services. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation while managing a manageable workload. This role offers flexible scheduling, a salary of $98,000-$105,000 plus bonuses, and is open to active BCBAs with 2-3 years of assessment experience in Arizona.
