Job Summary
Supervise RBTs and oversee clinical quality while writing, monitoring, and running your own assessments for individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans. Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs, then partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on co-treatment cases. Utilize standardized assessments like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP to build FBAs, BIPs, and skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains. Leverage the Gracent Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards) to ensure clinical decisions are backed by data and parent training is a core part of every plan. Work a full-time schedule in Denton, TX, with 16–20% supervision built into your week and a caseload of 6–8 clients.
Required Qualifications
