Job Summary
Clinic-based BCBA role focusing on clinical integrity and collaboration in Northeast Ohio. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, providing caregiver training, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring ethical ABA practice and robust documentation. Flexible scheduling with a clinician-led culture, opportunity to contribute to program development and clinical systems, and mentorship from the Clinical Director.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA and COBA
- Experience with early learners
- Strong clinical, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services
