Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) responsible for direct supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians, conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments across home, center, school, and/or community settings, and developing individualized behavior-change programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements. Lead data analysis efforts, provide training and development for RBTs, ensure care coordination with internal and external providers, conduct clinical supervision, and maintain compliant client records.
