Job Summary
Lead clinical role providing behavior consultation services for neurodiverse adults across residential, vocational, and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and analyses, developing and overseeing individualized behavior support plans, ensuring interventions are least restrictive and data-based, providing documentation and reports, training staff, supporting supervisees, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to BACB Ethics Code and Nevada licensing requirements. Strong focus on clinical leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across cases, with regular travel to multiple service locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification AND licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Nevada
- At least 1 year of human services experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current registration and insurance
- Willingness to travel to various residential and day service locations
