Job Summary
Center Manager role for a pediatric ABA practice in the Bay Area requiring BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, overseeing clinic-and-home-based programs with supervision of BTs/RBTs, mentorship of BCBAs, and collaboration with SLPs and OTs. Responsibilities include developing individualized programming, maintaining a 100-hour/month billable caseload, conducting parent/caregiver meetings, leading BCBA team meetings, EMR documentation, ensuring productivity, and coordinating with admin. Compensation includes base salary 90–100k+ with a $3,000 sign-on, bonuses up to 125k/year, CEU stipend, benefits, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Comfortable working with children across clinic and home settings
- At least 2 years experience in pediatric clinic setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
- Desire to collaborate across disciplines to provide ethical and personalized interventions
