Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive BCBA services at the Center for Autism and Developing Brain in White Plains, NY. Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to apply learning and behavior principles, plan and implement interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors and teach new skills for independence. Conduct descriptive and functional behavior assessments, design and implement assessment and intervention methods for diverse cases, provide parent coaching and family-centered services, participate in care conferences, ensure regulatory and departmental standards are met, and contribute to on-site education and public outreach. Requires active NYS licensure and BCBA certification with 1+ year of relevant experience; on-site presence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- NYS Licensure in Behavior Analysis (LBA)
- Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- 1+ years of experience working with young individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families
