Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based

Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design, implement, and monitor ABA programs for children ages 2–14 in a center-based setting. Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians while delivering regular parent training and caregiver support. Monitor client progress to make data-driven treatment decisions and complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and applicable regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on family-centered ABA services.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active New York State licensure (LBA) or eligibility to practice in New York
- Monday–Friday schedule
- After-school hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Part-time with the opportunity for additional hours
