Job Summary
Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. Assess and plan functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans. Empower families through monthly caregiver training sessions and coordinate care by collaborating with therapists, educators, and other professionals to achieve holistic client outcomes. BCBA leadership within a center-based ABA program, with opportunities for growth into regional/director-level roles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with leading/supervising staff (RBTs/BTs) in ABA
- Ability to design, assess, and plan individualized ABA treatment
