Job Summary
Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment goals. Empower families through monthly caregiver training sessions and collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes. This center-based opportunity includes a 10k sign-on bonus, a base salary of $95,000-$105,000, and quarterly performance incentives up to $12,000 annually. Located in Virginia Beach, VA, the role offers full BCBA autonomy, no non-compete, and access to monthly clinical case reviews and internal CEU presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
