Job Summary
BCBA on our interdisciplinary center team leads and supervises RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery; conducts functional behavior assessments, develops individualized treatment goals, and creates evidence-based intervention plans; leads monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity; collaborates with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes; position located at Swansea Center with full-day program hours (8am-4pm) plus 1 admin day per week remote; Master’s degree and BCBA certification required; competitive base salary with performance bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
