Job Summary
BCBA will conduct evaluations to determine appropriate programming, develop and maintain ABA therapy plans, collect reliable data, and provide family/staff training across a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting initial evaluations, maintaining long- and short-range goals, preparing required reports (including insurance-related), coordinating parent meetings, and ensuring supervision requirements. The role requires strong documentation, analytical reading of technical instructions, and effective communication with clients and top management. Qualified candidates hold BACB certification and a Master’s degree, with experience in diagnostic tools, sensory and behavioral strategies, and time-management skills. The position offers a starting salary of $79K (based on experience) with bonuses, remote flexibility (2 remote days per week), comprehensive benefits, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master�s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University
- Completion of eight (8) hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards preferred
- Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures
- Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines
