Job Summary
Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery while performing functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment goals. Empower families through monthly caregiver training sessions and coordinate care by collaborating with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes. Design customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs with full access to tools and interdisciplinary resources. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 with quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 annually. We offer PhD support including $2,000/year tuition assistance, generous PTO, and comprehensive health benefits. As a BCBA-led organization, you will participate in monthly clinical case reviews, present at internal CEU sessions, and collaborate on research publications.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
