Job Summary
Deliver direct supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while managing a small caseload of 4-6 clients. Regularly review session data with staff and families to interpret results and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly. Provide supervision through direct observation and team meetings, while consulting with families regarding treatment concerns, behavior modification, or staff issues. Work full-time Monday through Friday with administrative support and scheduling assistance from the Clinical Manager. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, and spend significant time on the floor or standing.
Required Qualifications
- Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
- Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet
- Ability to lift children, to 50 lbs., on occasion
- Ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods
