Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, create individualized treatment plans, and develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals. Provide supervision and support to RBTs, conduct Parent Training sessions, and coordinate care with other professionals. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields. Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members.
