Job Summary

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs, conducting assessments including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments. Create behavior intervention plans and treatment goals while monitoring client progress to make data-driven modifications. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs, review clinical data to ensure goals are met, and maintain accurate documentation. Deliver parent and caregiver training, collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals, and ensure services align with BACB standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training. Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • MD LBA
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
