Job Summary
Serve as a member of the Mobile Crisis Team to provide overall behavioral supports, direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Conduct functional assessments, develop and implement Behavior Support Plans, and maintain systems for collecting objective data on client skills, needs, and program outcomes. Modify plans as necessary, consult after discharge, and supervise reviews of physical intervention incidents. Assist in transport of individuals in crisis, attend client psychiatric appointments and discharge meetings, and conduct direct support staff training on behavioral support plan implementation. Communicate effectively with the IDT, LSW Team Leader, and supervisor while maintaining client confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or related field
- Active BCBA License
- Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
- Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training and/or certifications
- Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly to provide services, supports, care, and treatment to individuals as required
- Must be able to react well under pressure
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Candidates selected for hire will be required to complete a background check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
