Job Summary
Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals with autism while managing up to 15 cases. Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and staff through biweekly clinical meetings and ongoing training for parents and caregivers. Write behavior support plans, progress reports, and discharge/transition plans, ensuring ethical ABA services and accurate documentation for reimbursement. Complete incident reports and safety plans as necessary. Work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm in the Decatur clinic setting. Mentorship from senior BCBAs and a monthly incentive plan of up to $1500 are available.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience and competence in profession
- Maintenance of applicable certification, license, and training
