Job Summary
Conduct intakes, assessments, and functional behavior analyses to develop behavior support plans for 1-4 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a crisis respite home. Provide ongoing training for BCaBAs, staff, and caregivers while writing treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge strategies. Manage interdisciplinary team collaboration through biweekly clinical supervision and maintain documentation to facilitate state funding reimbursement. Assist with case management and discharge planning under LCSW guidance. Operate on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule with a competitive salary, supported by relocation assistance, CEU reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA license
- Master's degree in psychology, behavioral analysis, education, social work or related field
- Minimum of 35 hours training and education in behavioral analysis and behavioral supports or Behavioral Analyst Board Certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
