Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients and develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers while monitoring client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment. Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements and educate parents using compassionate, assent-based ABA practices. Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone to review documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance. Manage a caseload of 10 to 12 clients within a collaborative, highly organized team environment that values thoughtful clinical practice and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working closely with parents and families
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
