Job Summary
Assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior treatment plans across settings to equip patients with communication skills and age-appropriate activities. Provide guidance in a supervisory capacity, including training Registered Behavior Technicians and creating or revising behavior plans. Facilitate resource identification for patients and families, complete assessments to address caregiver concerns, and deliver ongoing behavioral intervention training to the therapy team. Maintain detailed daily treatment notes in the EMR system, ensure accurate billing, and make referrals for additional services as needed. Complete all required documentation and state board supervision mandates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in related field
- Hold an applicable and current, unrestricted certification as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
- Active KY state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst
