Job Summary

Board Certified Behavior Analyst responsible for determining behavior problems and social adjustment difficulties, drafting and implementing behavior and crisis management plans, conducting functional behavioral assessments, administering tests, preparing progress reports, and collaborating with administrators, teachers, staff, and families. The role supports district-wide services with primary caseloads at Arlington High School and Ottoson Middle School; involves supervising IEPs and participating in conferences and evaluations; requires knowledge of special education laws, behavior interventions, and DESE licensure (preferred) with a 183-day term.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified BCBA
  • Masters Degree and DESE licensure preferred
  • Knowledge of child development
  • Knowledge of Federal and State special education laws and regulations
  • Experience working with students directly
  • Experience developing behavior plans and crisis management plans
  • Strong organizational skills required
