Job Summary
Provide behavioral support services for K–8 students; develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs); conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs); collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success; support IEP development and participate in meetings as appropriate; monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed; maintain accurate and compliant documentation; caseload across K–8 settings with one full-time BCBA position; details on specific school and caseload determined closer to start of the school year.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
