Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and monitor data to adjust treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides while training caregivers and staff to ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards. Requires Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and minimum one year of supervised experience in behavioral assessment. Pay is $70/hour with flexible scheduling across all New Jersey counties. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
- Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development
- Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support
