Job Summary

Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and analyze data to modify programs based on client progress. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians while delivering parent training to promote treatment generalization. Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements. Complete clinical documentation and reports timely while staying current on evidence-based practices. Advocate for client success across home, school, and community settings. This role offers a hybrid schedule with a salary of $100,000-$115,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Desired Qualifications

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience supervising RBTs and conducting parent training
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
