Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and behavioral deficits. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all practices. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis. This role supports individuals transitioning into adulthood as part of our dedicated team.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday - Thursday Afternoons
  • Chelmsford, MA 01824
