Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Role includes managing a manageable caseload (up to 8 children), remote-work options with up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related remote days per year, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and opportunities for career growth from BCBA to Sr. BCBA with long-term ownership potential.
