Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy to support up to eight children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent care, while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Work Monday through Friday in daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Candidates may also earn long-term ownership equity upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.
