Job Summary
Develop and supervise ABA treatment for children as a BCBA: create clinically sound treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment. Role includes remote-work flexibility with up to 3 work-from-home days per month and additional assessment-related days, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, a sizable total compensation package with bonuses, mentorship and potential long-term ownership, relocation options, and a clear pathway from BCBA to Sr. BCBA within the center leadership structure.
