Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop clinically sound treatment plans while delivering evidence-based, play-focused therapy to support up to eight children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress. Work within a compassionate care framework guided by industry-leading clinicians and the Clinical Advisory Board. Monday through Friday daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. Total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities upon promotion.
