Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy. Supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Provide play-focused therapy in a supportive environment, with up to 3 remote workdays per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related remote days per year. Schedule is Monday–Friday during daytime hours; manage up to 8 children per caseload. No non-compete clauses. Opportunities for mentorship bonuses, supervision hours, certification bonuses, relocation support, and potential long-term ownership through advancement to Sr. BCBA.
