Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA. Lead the development of treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality client care. Collaborate with families to set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate outcomes. Maintain in-depth clinical guidance through leadership tracks and opportunities for mentorship, supervision of trainees, and potential advancement to Sr. BCBA roles.
