Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment; remote work benefit with up to 3 work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year; Monday–Friday daytime hours; almost 30 days off in Year One; manageable caseloads under supervision requirements; opportunities for mentorship, bonuses, and potential long-term ownership; relocation packages available and sign-on bonuses based on start date and location.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's in ABA or closely related field
- supervision experience of RBTs
- ability to develop treatment plans
- experience delivering evidence-based therapy
- excellent communication with families
- ability to manage caseloads up to 8 children
- flexibility for remote work days
