Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Develop evidence-based, play-focused treatment plans for up to eight children while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery. Deliver therapy in a supportive environment guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team. Schedule Monday through Friday during daytime hours with manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. Total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities upon promotion.
