Job Summary
Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a compassionate care approach that prioritizes small groups and play. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $84,000 to $119,000 annually, including uncapped performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities upon promotion. The position features a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with up to three remote work days per month and manageable caseloads designed to prevent burnout. Candidates will benefit from extensive training with industry-leading clinicians and access to a robust support network including Dr. Greg Hanley and Dr. Linda LeBlanc.
