Job Summary
Develop and oversee clinically sound treatment plans as a BCBA, supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA services, and collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment while managing a manageable caseload and leveraging remote-work options (up to 3 days remote per month and additional assessment-related work-from-home days). Eligible for mentorship, bonuses, and long-term ownership opportunities within the center leadership pathway.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- ability to develop and oversee treatment plans
- experience supervising RBTs or delivering supervision in ABA settings
- ability to collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
- deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment
- valid state licensure or eligibility as applicable to position in NC
