Job Summary
Develop and deliver ABA-based treatment plans as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused, clinically sound environment. Remote work is available with up to 3 days per month at home plus additional assessment-related days per year; opportunities for mentorship, bonuses, sign-on rewards, and long-term ownership advancement. Relocation packages are offered. Schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime hours; manage up to 8 children. No non-compete clauses. Includes ongoing professional development, CEUs, and leadership/clinical growth tracks.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or closely related field
- Experience supervising RBTs or pursuing supervision hours
- Ability to develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy
- Strong collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with daytime hours
