Job Summary
Develop clinically sound, engaging treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Manage caseloads of up to eight children within a supportive environment. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $86,500 to $122,000 annually, including uncapped monthly performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership opportunities. Candidates work Monday through Friday during daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month. The organization provides extensive training through Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care program and collaboration with the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes and clinical quality.
