Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals and track progress; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment; up to 3 remote work days per month and additional remote assessment days; schedule Monday–Friday daytime hours; manage caseloads up to 8 children; pursue leadership and ownership opportunities as you advance to Sr. BCBA; benefit from generous bonuses, relocation support, and extensive professional development opportunities.
