Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy to support up to eight children. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality care while collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Participate in the Compassionate Care Training program and collaborate with the Clinical Advisory Board to advance treatment outcomes and clinical quality. This role offers a total compensation package ranging from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, including performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, and long-term ownership opportunities. Schedule includes Monday through Friday daytime hours with up to three remote work days per month.
