Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, including developing treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with families to set goals and track progress. Deliver therapy in a play-focused environment to support up to 8 children, participate in leadership and mentorship activities, and engage in ongoing professional development and organizational growth. Relocation packages available and opportunity for long-term ownership with clear leadership tracks.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Ability to supervise RBTs
- ABA therapy experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
- Remote work benefit (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and additional days per year)
