Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a BCBA, supervising and mentoring RBTs to support high-quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging in a play-focused environment. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with limited remote days and a strong pathway for leadership growth within the organization, plus a comprehensive compensation package including sign-on, mentorship, and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
