Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging; Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care; Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- supervision experience of RBTs preferred
