Job Summary
Develop and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with responsibility to develop clinically sound treatment plans and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; provide mentorship and supervision hours to RBTs pursuing advanced credentials; participate in leadership/clinical oversight paths and contribute to center growth. Remote work is available up to 3 days per month plus additional assessment-related days per year, with a hybrid work arrangement at the Wheat Ridge, CO location. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with bonuses, sign-on, relocation options, and opportunities for long-term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. Scheduling is Monday–Friday daytime hours with manageable caseloads and comprehensive benefits including CEUs and family financial support.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Ability to develop Treatment Plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Collaboration with families and caregivers
