Job Summary
Develop clinically sound treatment plans for children and supervise/mentor RBTs to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused environment. The role includes mentorship of RBTs, supervision hours toward Master’s-level ABA, and potential long-term ownership, with remote work flexibility (up to 3 days/month and up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days/year) and relocation support. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Ability to develop Treatment Plans
- Experience supervising RBTs

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability for Mon-Fri daytime hours
- Willingness to participate in leadership/mentorship tracks
